General care about Bonsai

Like all pot plants, bonsai need to be watered regularly. They also need to be kept in bright sunny position, fed regularly and kept free from disease.
Repotting is necessary when the tree becomes pot bound in its container.

Your best is always to buy from a reputable bonsai nursery. Here you should be able to get genuine advice and a good selection of tree, pots, soil and bonsai accessories. Beware of internet businesses that sell bonsai. Many of them don’t even have a nursery. A good bonsai should look healthy, the foliage should look fresh and green.
